About:
This project includes the demolition of an existing two-story recreation center and a single-story aquatic center and pool to make way for a new two-story recreation and aquatic center. Prior to construction of the new facility, the project requires site preparations and wet and dry utilities improvements. The new construction will be complemented by enhancements to the existing parking lot and landscaping, as well as realignment of portions of El Zanjon Creek and City Park Way.
