About
CPM provided construction management, field engineering, inspection and scheduling services to San Francisco Public Works on an As-Needed basis. A sample of the CSOs under this contract are:
CAJV 01 – Haight and Hayes Streets Improvement Project: This project included sewer main and water main replacement work, traffic and pedestrian signal work, curb ramp and bulb-out work, bus pad and bus bulb work, concrete street base repairs, and repaving along Haight and Hayes streets. Our team provided a full-time resident engineer, part-time construction manager, and part-time scheduling engineer for this task order.
CAJV 04 – 440 Turk Street: This project involves converting the facility at 440 Turk Street into a resource center for San Francisco’s homeless population. CPM provided a cost estimator and project manager to coordinate scope of work with the Public Works project architect and develop a conceptual cost estimate based on the breakdown provided.
