Established in 1993, Cooper Pugeda Management, Inc. (d.b.a. CPM Services, Inc.)
is a disadvantaged business enterprise providing program and construction management
services in Northern California. We offer:
CPM provides full construction management services or augments the Owner’s staff with the necessary technical and managerial skills. CPM staff consists of project managers, engineers, cost estimators, schedulers and inspectors. CPM brings a breadth of experience to a project as its construction management skills are supplemented by general contracting and design experience. This asset assists the firm in effectively dealing with the general contractor and Owner’s project team. We focus on three distinct markets:
